The Amp
Remodel. Apex did the structural design for this outdated office building lobby, revitalizing the area into a refreshing modern space designed for connection and collaboration. Design included a 6-foot extension of the first-floor entry lobby with a sleek new vestibule and two-story curtain wall system.

Jefferson Office
28,500 sqft | New Construction. three-story office building. The second story has a raised flooring system. The foundation was spread footing with concrete foundation walls and concrete slab on grade. The second and third floors are of composite steel framing over metal deck. Roof framing is bar joist and metal deck.
